Awaken your senses this Spring with UnEarthed as you create your own petite sensory garden. These delightful gardens can become therapeutic havens for healing, offering serene spaces for meditation, yoga, or simply existing. Engaging with your senses is a fundamental aspect of mindfulness, and the beauty of the natural world organically activates our sensory system in soothing and harmonious ways, making it an ideal sanctuary for connecting deeply with the present moment.

As we explore each plant being together, we will discuss its scientific name, care instructions, and ways to connect with it, whether in your home or garden. These thoughtfully chosen plants will awaken your senses in unique ways. UnEarthed will provide specially designed VIVA Pottery planters for your sensory garden, and you are welcome to bring your own container or simply take your plants home to flourish in your personal gardening space.

Enjoy a guided sensory meditation, a beautiful practice you can incorporate into your daily life.

Tea and light bites will be available.

Included: a selection of non-invasive plants (five plants per guest), gardening tools, potting mix, and a planter.

Bring (optional) gloves, a blanket/towel/cushion to sit/kneel on, your favorite play clothes, and a hat!

Reclaim your rhythm: With Love!

February is the month of love and what better way to celebrate than by showing yourself some love?! Join us at UnEarthed Studio this Saturday to practice self-love and self-care by exploring movement that feels good in your body. Participate at your own pace and comfort level. This offering is for teens and adults, and no prior dance experience is necessary.

The music theme will be self-love anthems as we awaken, connect, and appreciate our bodies through movement. This offering incorporates dynamic dance, improvisation, guided imagery, and somatic awareness.

ReWild: Femme Nature-Based Therapeutic Experience

Invitations: Intention setting, mediation and mindfulness invitations, ecotherapy, group discussion, and therapeutic yoga practice. All of these are invitations, and participation is not required. You choose what feels good for you!

Purpose: To cultivate emotional and physical health by engaging in experiential nature-based practices that allow connecting with your authentic self, the rest of the natural world, and your community.

Feel free to bring a trash bag and gloves if you’d like to do a bit of nature clean-up while we connect. It's a beautiful way to nurture both the natural world AND soul.

Therapeutic Dance allows you to connect with your body and explore how your personal experiences shape your movement. Take a moment to embrace your body’s natural need for movement to enhance your overall health and wellness, enabling you to shift from merely existing to truly living your best life.

As always, this event is community-centered and donation-based, so give what feels good. You don't need any experience at all. Best for ages 13+.

This Tension and Trauma Release Exercise Workshop is an excellent opportunity to learn the how and why of the practice. Bring your curiosity!

What to expect: a review of TRE practice, identifying modifications, full TRE practice, reflection and feedback, savasana, and a brief meditation.

Bring water, a mat/towel/blanket, any comfort items, a journal (optional)

Every First Friday of each month 5:30-7! 8a practice will return in the Summer

Register here (not required, but encouraged!)

This offering supports individuals interested in cultivating a yoga practice and connecting with themselves and the community.

What to expect:
beginner-friendly yoga asana
intention setting
guided meditation
breath practice
somatic release
freedom of choice!

This is an outdoor practice. We will move indoors when necessary. Dress comfortably, bring any comfort items you’d like, a yoga mat/towel/blanket, water, and yourself! Bug spray or oils are encouraged.
