February is the month of love and what better way to celebrate than by showing yourself some love?! Join us at UnEarthed Studio this Saturday to practice self-love and self-care by exploring movement that feels good in your body. Participate at your own pace and comfort level. This offering is for teens and adults, and no prior dance experience is necessary.
The music theme will be self-love anthems as we awaken, connect, and appreciate our bodies through movement. This offering incorporates dynamic dance, improvisation, guided imagery, and somatic awareness.
Wear whatever you are comfortable in; we plan to be outside, weather permitting. Bring water and a yoga mat if you have one. (we have some extra available to borrow)

Come and be part of our first-ever Therapeutic Dance offering at UnEarthed Studio on November 30th! As always, this event is community-centered and donation-based, so give what feels good. You don't need any experience. Best for ages 13+
This unique offering empowers you to use dance as a form of creative expression, communication, and emotional release. It goes beyond the surface to address foundational movement habits that we often adapt for mere survival. You'll gain a deeper understanding of your identity and sense of self through movement, enhancing your relationships and connections with others. Therapeutic Dance offers a mirror to your inner world, encouraging you to explore your body's natural instincts. By learning to embrace your body’s natural desire for movement, you can transform both your body and mind, moving towards thriving rather than merely surviving.
