Life can sometimes feel like a wild rollercoaster, right? Together, we’ll dive into some accessible—and even fun!—skills inspired by dialectical behavior therapy. These skills will help you understand your emotions better, take charge of them, practice mindfulness, navigate tough times, and build meaningful relationships.
