A note from Laura: My primary goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship with every client who visits my office or connects with me through a video call. Creating a space free from judgment and fostering an environment where everyone can feel unconditionally accepted is crucial for exploring shadows, shame, and trauma. I am dedicated to helping each client feel truly seen, safe, and deeply understood as this is the cornerstone of the healing process. It would be my privilege to accompany you on your therapeutic journey, guiding you toward discovering your most beautiful and authentic self.
Fun facts about me: I'm silly, quirky, insatiably curious, and sometimes quite absent-minded. I love getting lost on hikes, propagating plants, and all kinds of movement, especially yoga and running. I'm an advocate for animal, Earth, and human rights. I can spend hours in the kitchen baking and cooking vegan comfort foods. I visit my therapist regularly; we all have our stuff! My husband and I live in Fort Worth with my teenage son, three bonus kiddos, two kitties, and a dog. I'm also a grandmother! My oldest son and his little family live across the country, so one of my new favorite things is taking trips to visit them!
