ReSourcing: A Find What Feels Good Group

You're invited to join our virtual resourcing group, where we'll explore somatic psychology and yoga-inspired methods to cultivate a sense of safety and calm. Resourcing is a somatic experiencing practice that aims to support the nervous system in moving toward regulation and safety by strengthening connections to internal and external resources through intentional practice.
This is an open group and allows you to participate weekly or whenever it suits your schedule.
Each group includes education, guided practice, feedback, and support.
