This supportive offering for anyone that wants to cultivate a yoga practice and learn ways to connect with yourself and, if you’d like, the community.
What to expect:
yoga asana, gentle yoga flow
guided meditation
breath practices
freedom of choice!
This is an outdoor practice. Dress comfy and weather appropriate. Bring any comfort items you’d like, a yoga mat or towel or blanket, water and yourself!
Donation-based practice. PAY WHAT FEELS GOOD!
